Development of institutional memory in public authorities through organizational training of civil servants

Abstract
It has been considered the types of the professional training for the governmental officials, focused on the necessity to include organizational training in the professional training as the way of obtaining new professional knowledge and improving skills at the workplace. It has been proved that organizational training is an effective method of developing the memory of the governmental bodies. The data for the research have been collected through interviewing 127 governmental officials.
