Public management on the basis of project management: modernism

Abstract
In the present article the features of project management and its relationship with public management. In particular, an essential characteristic of the phenomenon of “public management”, “project management” is provided; basic tools, methods of project management are defined. Based on the results of the study, the opportunities for public management through the prism of the basic principles of project management have been determined.
