DEVELOPMENT OF INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND INSURANCE MARKET OF UKRAINE ON BASIS OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES

Abstract
Introduction. Insurance, as a sector of the national economy and the sphere of entrepreneurial activity, is an integrated tool for protecting the interests of the state, the national economy and society as a whole. The ways of development of insurance organizations and insurance market the based on the innovations are investigated in the article. Methods. The methods of theoretical generalization, economic and statistical, graphic and comparative are used in the course of research. Results. A comparative analysis of the processes of insurance development in foreign countries is provided. The classification of directions of innovations in insurance and the model of development of insurers on the basis of innovations is created. The introduction of the Internet insurance on the insurance market and the development of innovation activity by insurance organizations on the basis of information technologies is offered. Perspectives. It is determined that the key goal of the development of an insurance organization based on innovations is the restoration and development of competitiveness. It has been established that professional competencies and innovation management are key factors in supporting the effectiveness of innovative insurance activities. It is determined that Internet insurance is a system of organizational and economic relations, which includes a combination of forms and methods of interaction between the insured, the insurer and the participants of the insurance market, which are aimed at satisfying the insurer's insurance needs based on innovations in the field of information technologies.
