MANAGEMENT AND REGULATION AS AN OBJECT OF SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Introduction. Along with the justification of conceptual principles of forming the conceptual apparatus of research, theoretical understanding of the processes of social and economic rural development should be seen as an object of control. Effective management of the organization depends on the functioning of rural areas, determining the hierarchy of regulation and applying the principles of self regulation. Methods. The dialectical method of knowledge of the economic laws, systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, and monographic, abstract and logical method, method of abstraction are used to achieve this goal The issue of social and economic development of rural areas, the operation of local communities and management mechanism are the methodological basis of the study. Resuits. The factors that influence the development of rural areas; the role of process management rural areas in conditions of strict government regulation and their self-organization are substantiated in the article. Formed hierarchy of regulation of the activity of rural areas and the classification regulation in the market to realize efficient management mechanism. Discussion. Perspective areas for further research is to study methodological foundations and principles of assessment of social and economic development of rural areas and the implementation mechanism of management in terms of their operation deregulation.
