MODERN APPROACHES TO STRATEGY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN PROVIDING COMPETITIVENESS OF ORGANIZATION

Abstract
Nowdays, when the modern economy features in risks, indeterminacy and competition, the strategy of human resource management becomes one of the major factors in development of the company, and the personnel act as the main resource in ensuring success. General scientific theoretical research techniques are used in the article, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the description and comparison. The key aspects of strategic human resource management are reviewed. The significance of personnel as strategic resource of the organization for effective work is shown. Theoretical and practical recommendations concerning perfecting of the strategic human resource management of the enterprise are developed, and modern concepts of strategic human resource management on the basis of researches of scientists are also discovered. The researches devoted to the problems of strategic human resource management and to its application allow to claim that for successful functioning of the organization it is necessary to resolve personnel problems in the long term, and the change of the role of personnel demands revision and change of the principles in management of labor collective. It affects business activity of personnel, labor productivity and the general competitiveness of the company. Prospects for further research are to analyze the existing strategies of enterprise management with the aim of their effective use to maintain sustainable economic functioning and development of the organization.
