DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPEECH OF NON-NATIVE SPEAKER STUDENTS WITH THE HELP OF INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS AT THE LITERATURE CLASSES

Abstract
Some ways of developing non-native speaker students’ speech while studying Literature with the help of innovative teaching methods are considered in the article. Teachers of literature more often face the problem of the language barrier when dealing with foreign students, their disability to form their thoughts and feelings correctly and the fear of spontaneous speaking. It is determined that the development of students’ speech will be optimal and successful with the use of information and communication technologies as well as innovative teaching methods. The techniques enabling the development of oral and written speech using a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing their passive vocabulary, memorizing certain syntactic constructions, word combinations are presented. In this regard, a method of using such tasks is proposed: a collective story, «complete a sentence», a role-playing game, oral verbal drawing. The implementation specifics of the principles aimed at developing the skills of oral and written speech of foreign students using Twitter, Viber-technologies, podcast, including the portfolio methods and fan fiction is shown.
