Diagnostic approaches in reflexotherapy

Abstract

Reflexotherapy is one of the branches of natural medicine ha ving its own diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. These approaches should be popularized as they more often than conventional treatment involve holistic therapies. The goal of this paper is to present diagnostic opportunities in macro and micro-systems of reflexotherapy. The macro-system is based on the assumptions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and refers to acupuncture, acup ressure, etc. In the description of micro-systems such parts of the body as the eye (iridology), the tongue, the ear (auriculotherapy), the foot and the hand are considered
