DIAGNOSTICS SYSTEM OF THE CUTTING TOOL ON MACHINE-TOOL WITH NUMERICAL CONTROL

Abstract
In this paper we consider the system of diagnostics of the efficiency of the cutting tool in the conditions of automated production, which is based on the measurement of the acoustic emission signal and cutting power. It allows you to control the intensity of wear and tear of the cutting tool and predict its efficiency, which makes it possible to improve the accuracy, quality and efficiency of machining.
