Different aspects of Bull display in mythological culture of the Iranian people

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the various aspects of bull display in the mythological culture of the Iranian people from ancient to today. One of the oldest thoughts and beliefs of humankind is the reverence for some of the phenomena that have been prayed for any reason in ancient times. The bull has been seen as a symbol of creation in the beliefs and ritual of the people of the past. The results of this research indicate that most of the bull-related dramatic rituals in the Iranian culture have an Aristotelian dramatic structure and the aforementioned rituals have the ability to be analyzed and even be interpreted of the drama components. The main question of the present research is that what visual and imaginative aspects the indigenous Iranian dramatic rituals have based on the role of the bull. This paper has been compiled by library and field studies then categorized into descriptive-analytical type and analyzed using qualitative content analysis method based on Malinowski functionalism theory and Turner semiotics.
