DIGITAL ECONOMY AND ITS IMPACT ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the development of the digital economy and its impact on the national and international economies. The article defines the concept of the digital economy. The actual and potential impact of digital technology on workers and consumers is disclosed. The article explores and summarizes the characteristic features of the digital economy. The level of digitalization of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union has been analyzed, the TOP-10 EU countries have been singled out with the highest level of technological development. The ways of overcoming the «digital divide» for Ukraine are determined.
