THE NECESSITY OF USING STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IN BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to define a set of key strategic approaches and tools aimed at ensuring the effective commercial activity of the enterprises in market conditions. Attention is paid to the factors that contributed to the growing importance of strategic management and the need for its use in the practice of local organizations. The article analyses factors of influence on commercial activities of enterprises, are considered principal risks.The conclusion is made about the use of strategic management and risk management in business enterprises.
