Abstract

Nowadays with the advent of the post-industrial world has emerged profound changes in all aspects of human life such as military affairs .this fundamental changes are the result of information age that put Wide challenges against all organizations that the military organizations are increasingly faced with the mentioned changes Given to the global arms approaches and they are forced to flexibility and the ability to adapt the changes for maintaining life and their activates. Among the major developments in developing are the processes of collecting, analyzing and using information. So that Victory is for a force that has more powerful supporting informational at a critical time of battle and is well-informed in battlefield coordinates, mobility and enemy positions and passing these information quickly, analysis them and making decision about them. Superior decision-making, command and control and using information technology is essential and vital for achieving the success of the proposed information that command and control Battlefield created By digitizing the security systems including fire supply, logistics, air defense, reconnaissance and target tracking And its initial results is reducing the percentage of errors and increasing the speed of reaction to events in the battlefield. Geo-referenced information is one of the most important information needs of military organizations that done based on required tactical and strategic planning And It can prevent from surprising insider forces while maintaining peace. The actions Ability to implement the required systems for command and control and various modeling including three-dimensional view of the Earth and operation of virtual flight can be attained while updating quickly the maps. In this context, recognizing the modern sciences such as GIS, remote sensing and global positioning system is a high priority and importance.
