ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ СУБ'ЄКТІВ ПУБЛІЧНОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ В НАПРЯМІ ЗАПОБІГАННЯ КОРУПЦІЇ В ЗАРУБІЖНИХ КРАЇНАХ

Abstract
The article analyzes the key directions of activity of public administration subjects in the direction of prevention of corruption in foreign countries. The experience of France, Great Britain, Austria, Canada, USA has been analyzed. The attention is paid to the departmental affiliation and subordination of subjects of public administration in the direction of working out of joint actions and development of strategies on counteraction of corruption. There are positive signs that require the production of domestic legislation and activities of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
