DIRECT DEMOCRACY IN UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE WORLD EXPERIENCE: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the phenomenon of democracy and essence of direct democracy. Using the rich historical experience and the works of the classics’ of political and legal thought, authors critically evaluate the institute of direct democracy, emphasize on its problems and recommend the possible ways of their solving.
