DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE LEGISLATION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the main disadvantages of using a conceptual apparatus in the legislation of Ukraine on charity and some ways to regulatory approval have been proposed. The foreign experience has been researched into, proposals have been submitted with the main directions of improvement of national legislation, regarding legal regulation of social relations arising in the process of realization of charity. In particular, advisability of amending the current legislation on forms of charity, philanthropy and volunteerism implementation, introduction of “percentage philanthropy”, and monitoring the collection of public donations have been proposed.
