Abstract
In the article is comprehensively considered by the question of the use in the criminal production of the information got as a result of realization of undercover inquisitional (search) actions. All directions of the use of such information are found out. The features of procedural form of their use are described depending on concrete direction. Formulated the concept, aim and task of the use of the information obtained as a result of undercover inquisitional (search) actions.
