DIRECTIONS TO IMPROVE THE MECHANISM OF REGULATION OF LABOR CONFLICTS IN CUSTOMS BODIES

Abstract
The structural modernization of Ukraine's economy, its integration into the world community requires a concerted policy in the field of social and labor relations and their further development in accordance with modern European standards. At the present stage, the customs system is the main institution of state regulation. This in turn requires new approaches to the regulation of social and labor relations. The experience of the customs authorities shows that the effectiveness of customs activities depends on the effective organization of work, the improvement of the promotion of labor, the improvement of social and labor relations, the elimination of labor conflicts and the timely implementation of the functions of the customs authorities of the functions assigned to them, rationalization of the labor process, in the process of customs clearance and customs control of goods and vehicles, their movement and provision of other types of customs services. Therefore, at the present stage of development of foreign economic activity the study of the problems of regulation of labor conflicts in the customs authorities becomes of special urgency. A set of general and special methods and approaches are used in the paper. With the help of general methods, the theoretical aspects of the mechanism of regulation of labor conflicts in the customs authorities are analyzed. In order to reveal the essence of the regulation of labour conflicts in the customs authorities, systemic and structural approaches are used. Methods of scientific abstraction, systematic approach, grouping and classification are used to develop proposals for improving the mechanism of regulation of labour conflicts in customs authorities. The main directions of improvement of the mechanism of regulation of labor conflicts in the customs bodies are proposed. Based on conflict management methods in the customs authorities, recommendations for resolving conflicts have been developed. Implementation of the proposed directions of improvement of the mechanism of regulation of labor conflicts in the customs authorities will significantly improve the efficiency of customs services, ensure economic security of the state, as well as improve the living standards of the personnel of the customs authorities of Ukraine.
