Abstract
The article discusses controversial issues of legal regulation of liability of owners of vehicles for administrative violations in the field of road safety, fixed automatically. In order to eliminate the alleged contradictions in articles 14-1, 14-2 and 279-3 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility offered to make some changes.
