One of the important issues that managers face is Decisions about the distribution of goods, because this decision has direct effect on other marketing decisions such as pricing, advertising and packaging...Distribution simply means delivering products to consumers in the right time and place. Companies often have no attention to this element of the marketing, and they create problems for themselves and provide competition success. Managers should be careful in choosing their distribution channels, like other marketing mix (product, price, advance sales) are more or less flexible. But when the channel was selected is not easy to change. Today, with a view to reform and expands the distribution of directors and its branches, the concept of physical distribution and management of the Becomes more important. Analysis, planning, cost control and service levels and balance between them are the physical distribution management tasks.
