Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific literature and norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the priority directions of optimization of the system of counteracting the infringement in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine are determined. It is stressed that when we are talking about optimization of the system of counteracting the infringement in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine, we mean the process of bringing it to the state of optimal functioning with a rational structure, clearly defined powers and the procedural procedure established in the legislation.
