Abstract
The article deals with the legal composition of the emergence of labor relations with scientific and pedagogical workers: the legal conditions and grounds. The legal regulation of labor relations with scientific and pedagogical workers is revealed. The necessity of concluding a term less employment contract with scientific and pedagogical workers is substantiated.
