Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the theoretical approaches to understanding the concept of procedural legal relations in the labor law of Ukraine are researched. It is stressed that practically all scholars of the emergence of procedural legal relations in labor law are associated with the presence of labor dispute, in connection with which the essence of the concept of labor dispute. The author's definition of the notion of procedural legal relations in the labor law of Ukraine is proposed, and his characteristic features are singled out.
