Abstract
The article deals with the issues of regulation and documentation of the representative bodies of local authorities in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the organizational documents, regulating the activities of the representative bodies of the local authorities in different municipalities. The article also discusses the design and text structure of decisions, resolutions, protocols and deputy requests of the representative bodies of the local authorities of the Russian Federation
