DOMESTIC CORPORATIONS ON THE GLOBAL STOCK MARKET: ASSESSMENT OF STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article examines the role and significance of the domestic corporate sector on the global stock market. The features of the cross-border capital movement in Ukraine and their influence on the positioning of domestic corporations in the world economy are determined. The key factors of low emission activity of Ukrainian corporations on the global stock market are determined. Priority mechanisms of stimulation of direct foreign investment in Ukraine are determined and measures aimed at their realization are justified.
