Dynamic Response of Wire Rope Tension Balancing Device for Ultra-deep Mine Hoisting
Journal Title: 河南科技大学学报(自然科学版) - Year 2016, Vol 37, Issue 1
Abstract
In order to explore the dynamic response under different excitation of tension balancing device for ultra-deep mine hoisting,in view of the pipeline pressure loss and leakage, the dynamic model in the hoisting process was established. The effect of wire rope longitudinal vibration and change of layered winding on the rope length was simulated by the sinusoidal signal and step signal, and the dynamic response of tension balancing device under two excitation was attained. The results show that when the combination of vibration amplitude and frequency is( 0. 10 m,0. 80 Hz),( 0. 18 m,0. 63 Hz) and( 0. 24 m,0. 57 Hz),the maximum of tension difference on the wire rope is almost 10% of the initial average tension with no vibration, which conforms with the coal mine safety regulation. When the length change incurred by wire rope in layered winding is less than 0. 10 m,the maximum difference of tension can be controlled within the range of safety hoisting by the tension balancing device.
