Journal Title: Соціологічні студії - Year 2016, Vol 1, Issue 8

Abstract

Modern political, socio-economic crisis and military situation in Ukraine, actualizes the problem of reforming the social life segments, which are currently in critical condition and require urgent intervention. For evaluation spheres of the social life we used data of sociological research conducted in Lutsk (2009, 2014, 2015 and 2016) using the methodology of the Integral Index of Social Well-being N. Panina, E. Golovakha (IISS-44), in which all social welfares grouped in 11 spheres of social vital activity. According to empirical data failed to identify three key spheres of social vital activity: social relations (1,69 / 1,63 / 1,54 Index Sufficiency of welfares in 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively), socio-political (1,74 / 1,57 / 1,60) and social security spheres (1,76 / 1,65 / 1,68). The Lutsk habitants feel significant lack of social welfares of these spheres, and this became statistically noticeable at least from 2014. Therefore, introducing reforms attention should be payed to the social welfare that are lacking most: stability in the country (73,5 % / 82,4 % / 76,1 %, respectively 2014 / 2015 / 2016), the competent national leaders (67,4 % / 75,4 % / 73,2 %), state protection from reduction of life (66,9 % / 77,7 % / 71,8 %), confidence in improving of the situation (54,5 % / 61,4 % / 73,6 %) and absence of international conflicts (71,3 % / 70,4 % / 71,6 %) worth of supporting political ideals (56,2 % / 66,2 % / 63,0 %) observance of acting laws human rights (60,1 % / 67,5 % / 59,0 %) and others.
