DYNAMICS OF INDIVIDUAL LEGAL SUBJECTITY AS AN OBJECT FOR COGNITION OF THE GENERAL THEORY OF LAW

Abstract
The article deals with issues concerning to the changes that are constantly occurring in the individual legal subjectity of individuals, territorial communities and the states. The author proposes to use the term “dynamics of individual legal subjectity” for to denote the corresponding processes. At the same time the article describes the general algorithm of changes inherent in each individual legal subjectity.
