Abstract
The paper is meant to point out the contents of the technical elements teaching at different apparatus within a training mezzo-cycle in women’s artistic gymnastics. With this aim in view, we have considered that the efficient use of the preparatory exercises during the training sessions will emphasize the dynamics of the technical elements teaching at various apparatus in women’s artistic gymnastics
