ECOLOGICAL (GREEN) BUILDING AS A FACTOR OF NEW QUALITY OF RESIDENTIAL HOUSING PROVIDING AND OF THE REGIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The role of ecological (green) building as an effective tool for implementing the principles of sustainable development in the economy of regions, cities, countries has been analyzed in the article. The impact of residential ecological building on the implementation of the improving the quality of life as the imperative principle of sustainable development has been investigated. The main economic, ecological and social effects of the residential ecological building development, especially in solving the social problem of providing housing for the population, have been found out.
