Economic and legal basis for the institute of public-private partnership development in tourism

Abstract

Annotation. The purpose of the article is to generalize and systematize the theoretical foundations for creating an appropriate environment of the institution of public-private partnership development in particular, the specifics of legal relations in tourism. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article was carried out with the help of general scientific research methods: analysis, systematization and generalization. Findings. It is revealed that a public-private partnership is a social institution that is sustainable in nature. It has arisen as a result of the division of labor and private property, differentiation of social relations, in order to coordinate interaction between the subjects of relations with the division of their responsibilities and resolve contradictions to jointly achieve common goals or meet the needs. Practical value. It was found that public-private partnership in tourism is one of the tools for ensuring the development of territories based not only on the principles of economic efficiency, but also on environmental friendliness and social responsibility of business. At the same time, it is a prerequisite for sustainable economic and social development of the country due to an increase in the innovation and investment activity of businesses, not only in tourism, but also in related sectors and industries.
