Modeling of information support for the management of transport and logistics center

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to model information support for the management processes of transport and logistics centers. The article is devoted to the research of the activity of transport and logistics centers, to the problems of information support of management of their activities, to ensure the effective functioning of the transport and logistics system. Methodology of research.. The solution of the problems posed in the article was carried out with the help of such general scientific and special research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach, set theory and linear programming. Findings. It was proposed the organization of information support for the activities of the transport and logistics center by creating a special information subject. A set-theoretic model of the organization of information support for the management of the transport and logistics center was proposed. A model of the operability of the process of information support for the management of the activities of the transport and logistics center has been developed. Practical value. The article substantiates that the introduction of the proposed measures will contribute to a high level of information support for the activities of the transport and logistics center and other subjects of transport and logistics processes and minimizing the time spent on meeting information needs. The main scientific provisions of the article can be used in the activities of transport and logistics centers.
