ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE AND PROSPECTS OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF INTEGRATED CORPORATE SYSTEMS

Abstract
Introduction. This article is devoted to the need to study the investment activity of integrated corporate systems that will contribute to the growth of the efficiency of the national economy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the efficiency and prospects of investment policy of integrated corporate systems in order to form a new vector of economic development in a context of growing globalization and concentration of capital, identifying the obstacles facing the growth of direct and capital investments in the main components of the integrated systems: industrial enterprises and financial institutions. Methods. Analytical and expert research methods are used to fully reflect the ways of achieving the goal. The objects of the study were the integrated Ukrainian corporate systems operating in Ukraine: financial and industrial groups, concerns and corporations. Results. The research article should include the definition of the state of the national economy through the directions of investment flows in integrated corporate systems. The formation of major investment models that are typical of large associations of enterprises and financial systems, in terms of sectoral and territorial characteristics. The outline of the list of major problems that impede the growth of investment attractiveness of integrated corporate systems in Ukraine. Discussion. Prospects for the study, based on the analysis of the statistics of individual integrated corporate systems and the works of experts in economics and corporate law, are, first of all, state support for investment projects existing in these systems, creating favorable legal and economic conditions for attracting both domestic and foreign of capital.
