ECONOMIC RETURNS OF FRENCH LANGUAGE IN COMPATRIOT POLICY: "ECONOMIC FRANCOPHONIE" PROJECT

Abstract
In this study, in addition to the international diplomatic relations, relevant public diplomacy policies of France desiring to be much more stronger in the international sphere by establishing better relations with its historical-cultural-national values were exemined. In this context, specially strategies and policies focused on creation new economic opportunities and advantages in the past colonial regions are discussed. The ultimate goal of the study, is to reveal the international experience of France in relevant area and to contribute both theoretically and practically conducted current and future workings.
