ECONOMY LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF BUDGETARY SPHERE AS BASES OF THE HAVING A SPECIAL PURPOSE USE OF BUDGETARY FACILITIES

Abstract
Essence of socio-economic description of the budgetary system is considered in Ukraine. The basic concepts of the budgetary system are outlined. Modern determination of the budgetary system and budgetary facilities is taken into account. Separate normatively-legal acts are described that influence on the having a special purpose use of budgetary facilities and state subdivisions that carry out such control.
