EVOLUTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS UNDER THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem which is the main directions of influence of globalization processes on the ratio of individual and generated by the globalization of collective rights. It is noted that in each society, individual and collective rights should not only balance, but also mutually support and complement each other. Collective rights should, as appropriate, promote the realization of individual rights, and individual rights create the basis and serve as a benchmark for compliance with the criteria of the «human dimension» for collective rights.
