THE ROLE OF VICTIMOGENIC FA CTORS IN THE COMMISSION OF VIOLENT CRIMES IN UKRA INE

Abstract
An article on the study of victimogenic factors that contribute to the commission of violent crime. It gives a description of the various causes and conditions that trigger violent crime. Particular attention is paid to the study of modern, relatively new forms of violence (in particular, “hate crimes”) and the causes that affect them.
