EDUCATION AS A COMPONENT IN THE PROCESS OF FORMATION AND USE OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is dedicated to consideration of the educational component in the process of formation and use of the human capital. The influence of school and higher education on the human capital of a future specialist has been determined. Features of labor force migration from Ukraine have been described. Importance of formation working-age population economic outlook has been emphasized. Possible ways of Ukraine’s enter the international labor market as an equal partner of economic relations has been determined.
