Education Reforms in Latvia: the Solution to the Problem of Plagiarism in Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning

Abstract
The education reforms of Latvia have become as a study lesson of democracy in Latvia, as a problem that is to be solved in the education field. It has raised political debates and social discussions, made politicians resign and raised issues about academic honesty in the education system of Latvia. The goal of this research is to theoretically analyze the solutions of plagiarism problems with computer-supported collaborative learning in the framework of education reforms. Applied study methods: analyses of scientific sources, questionnaire method, and statistical method for data analysis were the factor analysis. The main results are connected with the research of possibilities to fundamentally solve the problem of plagiarism in education with modern cooperation methods.
