EduScrum ako inovativna vyucovacia metoda aplikovana vo vyucovacom procese SOS podnikania v Presove so zameranim na zlepsenie uplatnenia absolventa skoly na trhu prace

Abstract
European education policy focuses on the application of modern methods and concepts to the learning process, as a way to make learning more attractive, to change the relationship between teacher and student during the learning process, to strengthen teaching towards practice and society, but also to improve the competitiveness of school graduates in real life. Our thesis represents the issue of EduScrum, its uniqueness in contrast with other modern methods, especially in the connection and preparation of students to company practice, the main principle the method is based on. Next, we bring knowledge from the introduction and realization of the modern EduScrum method in the learning process at Secondary Vocational School of Business and Enterprise in Presov from the point of view of the leadership of the school and its implementers – educators and students, also based on the experience of the pioneers of this method in Slovakia, which roots are in the Netherlands. Even the short-term process of this method at our school and the first testing of students in both groups show the positive aspects of its implementation in the subject of the economics and the possibility of its use in other vocational, or theoretical subjects in the learning process at secondary schools hand-in-hand with the rules of EduScrum. Based on our own experience, we recommend how to use EduScrum method in future.
