Abstract
Artykuł koncentruje się na prezentacji projektów dofinansowanych ze środków Programu Operacyjnego Infrastruktura i Środowisko w województwie śląskim w ramach umów zawartych do 2013 r. Szczegółowo odnosi się do poszczególnych gmin i inwestycji na ich terytoriach poczynionych. Wskazuje efekty ekologiczne i rzeczowe uzyskane w ramach tych inwestycji, a także przedstawia raport kontroli.
