Effect Of Organizational Culture And Benefit Performance Of Commitment, Motivation And Performance Of Employees Province Department Of Marine And Fisheries South Sulawesi

Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and performance benefits through mediation commitment and motivation on the performance of staff at the Department of Marine and Fisheries of South Sulawesi province. This research uses explanatory quantitative approach(positivism)with a total sample of 98 people who are determined randomly. Data were analyzed using SEM analysis with PLS approach and use the software SmartPLS2.0.The results showed that: (1) organizational culture significant positive effect on employee performance through a commitment (2) performance benefits significant positive effect on employee performance through motivation.
