Effect of Yttrium Oxide Impurities on the Structure and Properties of Metallic Hafnium
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2016, Vol 17, Issue 2
Abstract
The influence of yttrium oxide impurity content of 0 to 0.4 wt.% on the structure and microhardness metal hafniuminvestigated. It is shown that grain size decreases and the Microhardness of hafnium increases monotonically with increasing content of impurities, while increasing Y2O3 content more than 0.3 wt.% is cracking material.

Investigation of the Effect of the Electron-Beam Crucible Zone Melting of Metallurgical Silicon on Refining and Structure Formation of Ingots
The paper presents the results of studies obtained with the development of the technology of electron-beam crucible impregnation of metallurgical silicon. It is shown that refining of silicon from background and dopant i...
Properties of Highly Dispersed Systems on The Base of Cadmium Telluride Obtained by Electrochemical Dispergation
Physical and chemical properties of highly dispersed systems on the base of metallic (cadmium, tellurium) and semiconductor materials (cadmium telluride) obtained by the plasma-electrochemical method are studied. It is s...
Interaction of Electromagnetic H-wave with the Thin Metal Film is Located on the Dielectric Substrate
Interaction of electromagnetic H-wave with thin metal film is located between two dielectric environments ε1, ε2 in the case of different incident angles of H-wave θ and in the case of different reflection coefficients q...
Energy Spectrum of Optical Phonons in the Plane Multi-Layer Resonance Tunnel Nanostructure
In the paper, using the dielectric continuum model, we present the investigation of energy spectra of confined and interface optical phonons in the plane multi-layer resonance tunnel nanostructure produced at the base of...
Investigation of Conductibility Changes of Irradiated p-Si Crystal by X-rays During the Recoverable Deformation
Changes in conductivity of irradiated and exposed to room temperature single-crystal p-Si samples in the process of compressing and removing mechanical stress were investigated. It was found that the resistance of the sa...
