EFFECTIVENESS OF SELECTED ELEMENTS OF MOTIVATION SYSTEM IN THE OPINION OF TEAM SPORTS PLAYERS

Abstract
Organizations that want to succeed in the market should include the creation of an effective incentive system. While this is not always an easy task, it is necessary to have an impact on the employees of the organization that influence their performance. For many people, economic factors will play the most important role. This does not mean, however, that the intangible elements of the incentive system remain unimportant. Also, their provision will have a significant impact on employee involvement. The purpose of this article is to identify the most effective ways to motivate team sports players. Realization of the goal was possible thanks to the use of research results by the authors. The research was conducted using the diagnostic survey method using the survey technique and the questionnaire survey tool. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the authors identified the following research problems: What are the factors of material and non-material elements of the motivational system present in sports organizations that are important in the performance of work in the opinion of team sports players? P2 Which of the mentioned motivational methods is more effective and brings more benefits to the respondents? Conclusions from the study may be a starting point for decision making in terms of the implementation of individual motivation systems in sport organizations and the development of their principles.
