ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ СИСТЕМЫ ОЧИСТКИ СТОЧНЫХ ВОД МЕТАЛЛУРГИЧЕСКИХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ И ЕЕ ЭКОЛОГО-ГИГИЕНИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Abstract

On the example of one of the leading metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine a deep scientific analysis of a two-stage purification system wastewater are presented, which allows us to assert about a sufficiently high level of its effectiveness. It's confirmed by the correspondence of the content of suspended solids and oil products to the established norms. Thus, oil content is less than the design values, as well as characterized by a decrease during the study period by 26%. A similar situation are observed in relation to the suspended solids actual and standard concentrations with relative stability in 3-year old dynamics. The actual purification efficiency is 75.03 - 99.05%, i.e. is enough (75.03%) and extremely (99.05%) high. This is confirmed by the compliance of the management system of enterprises of industrial safety and environmental management with international standards. At the same time, the existing organization of environmental safety at the enterprise certainly needs optimization, what served as the basis for the development of a set of environmental measures to optimize the water supply system of the metallurgical enterprise, minimization of technogenic pollution of industrial wastewater and ensuring the preservation of the quality of surface and underground water sources. This requires the activation of work on the implementation of a set of measures, which are based on systems principle and has three directions.
