Efficiency of deployment of resources in the process of mergers and acquisitions of corporations

Abstract
In the article the grouping of motives of mergers and acquisitions of corporations by sources of future performance criterion is represented. It is revealed that the major group of motives is the resource motives, efficiency of which is achieved by obtaining complementary and synergetic effect of mergers and acquisitions. Complementary effect of the use of resources is provided through complementarity, substitution, combining of resources. Synergetic effect is the effect of nonlinear interactions in the process of merger and utilization of labour of corporations.
