EFFICIENCY OF INTRODUCTION OF THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM OF THE GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE AS ONE OF THE TOOLS OF THE NETWORK ECONOMY

Abstract
The introduction of the concept of e-government in the conditions of the development of the network economy, modern trends in the use of information and communication technologies by state structures are explored. It is proposed to determine the stages of the introduction of e-government in Ukraine and assess the actual state of implementation of this tool to improve the effectiveness of public administration. The advantages of e-government implementation and the problems of introducing electronic services are disclosed.
