Efficiency of potato production in the city of Tabriz – Basmenj

Abstract
In this study, the available data on potato production in the city of Tabriz city Basmnj, the first was to determine the appropriate production function. After determining the appropriate form of test functions, the results indicate that the production function of a third-degree polynomial functions are more appropriate than others the product was extracted the production function of inputs. The overall result Expression that farmers do not practice in the use of economic production.
