ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКАЯ МОДЕЛЬ ПОВЫШЕНИЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРОИЗВОДСТВОМ: СИСТЕМНЫЙ ПОДХОД

Abstract
A company profit is of particular importance in the contemporary market conditions, where the company manager must continuously take a number of decisions specific to the situation to ensure financial stability of the company. The factors affecting the company profit are numerous and vary greatly. Some of them depend on work of specific groups of people, while others relate to the technology and production arrangement, effective use of manufacturing resources, implementation of technological advances. Measuring the effectiveness of a company operation is the crucial issue, since lack of balance and contradictory nature of its assessment criteria hardly allows judging about the need for changes in the organization. Finding methods of increasing a company profit is one of the top-priority tasks for the industrial sector management and workforce because profitability is a key indicator of the companies’ economic performance. Some scholars believe that it would be preferable to have a single effectiveness criterion that would be a function of many important organizational aspects and manufacturing activity characteristics. Others claim that it is necessary to describe it to the maximum possible extent with various indicators and then use up-to-date economic and mathematical apparatus to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the top manager’s effectiveness. This article provides the analysis of influence a number of technical and economic parameters and indicators, resulting from operations at an automobile holding company in Kazakhstan, on overall company profit using correlation and regression analysis and forecasting overall near-term profit.
