El uso de la fotogrametría en la ciudad visigoda de Begastri: caso de estudio

Abstract
A synthesis is made between the development of historical research at the Begastri site (Cehegín, Spain) and the incorporation of new technologies in the archaeological study. The technical advances achieved in the last decade of work at the site are presented, where photogrammetry has played an elemental role and has stimulated the arrival of other technologies. Finally, a technical explanation is given of the field methodology used at Begastri, as an example of a working system applicable to any archaeological site. To this end, the necessary materials, the relevant photographic equipment and the software required to carry out a transformation from 2D graphic models to 3D interactive environments are detailed.
