Elementary standards of the quality and safety improvement of the hospital accreditations in Poland

Abstract
In this paper author presents main aspects of the health care quality services in one of the accreditation standard which is quality and safety improvement area. These standards were characterized and there were presented also authors research of the elementary standards importance hierarchy.
